ALEXIS SNELL - The Walnut Tree

This summer Alexis returned to The Art Shop to produce a lino cut of The Walnut Tree, recently awarded best restaurant in Wales and third in Britain behind The Fat Duck and Hibiscus in The National Restaurant Awards 2009.
